Technical performance and characteristics:
1. It is suitable for testing the strength, sealing and upper sealing performance of valves with flange connection.
2. Clamping with clamping jaw flange method has no external force influence on the tested valve, so it meets the requirements specified in GB / T13927-92, JB / T9092-99 and API598.
3. The right-hand rotating disc can be rotated 90 degrees (optional interchangeable length), so that the valve can be hermetically sealed.
4. The test mediates water, gas or kerosene, which is selected by the customer, and is switched through the waveguide control valve.
5. Equipped with high and low pressure water pumps and reinforcement systems, which can directly perform hydraulic pressure tests. Replace an air pump interface. If air is used as the medium, the air pump needs to be configured by the user.
6. The test bench can be recycled with water and oil.
7.Hydraulic automatic unloading system is provided. When in use, the high pressure state and the unloading state are automatically switched, which effectively reduces the oil temperature and prolongs the equipment investment.
8. This product has been equipped with safety protection door, PLC intelligent touch screen control, display and print test pressure system.
